Pictured here are three generations of Kaizawa’s, the maternal side of JFinders President Karlton Tomomitsu’s family. Grandma Hamako Kaizawa, the elder woman with the big smile on her face at the center of the photo, was the matriarch of this family of seven sons and daughters. Large families like this one were not unusual in Hawaii before World War II. The Kaizawa clan has its roots in Hiroshima, traced back meticulously by Karlton’s uncle, Stanley. To learn how to trace your own Japanese roots, download our free summary report called, “The 10 Steps to Finding Your Roots in Japan”

Hi, my name is Karlton Tomomitsu and I am the president of JFinders, the premier business for finding IT jobs in Japan. Over the many years of doing business in Japan I’ve learned a lot about the Japanese and myself. In the 1980s my uncle who used to live in Japan researched the genealogy of our family and told me how challenging, rewarding and satisfying it was. Since then, I’ve met many people who have had similar experiences but have expressed dissatisfaction with the amount of time and effort it takes to find information about their own ancestral roots.

Fifteen years ago I met local genealogy expert Dr. Bernice Hirai and, more recently, Emi Uemura, who have both been conducting genealogy workshops in Hawaii for the past 20 years. They have been educating people in how to research their personal genealogy and have written a book entitled “Finding Your Roots.” They have used this book to train hundreds of people at workshops in Honolulu over the past 25 years.

Working together with Bernice and Emi, my business partner Internet Marketer Welton Nekota, and I put together a free summary report called, “The 10 Steps to Finding Your Roots in Japan” which is available immediately.

In this free report you’ll find the following:

- Getting started with your genealogy search

- Which governmental offices can give you free information

- Using the Internet to begin your searches online

- How to approach family members to get started

It is free and is available now.

Just email us at the email address below to get your free report:

myjapanroots@gmail.com

We hope you enjoy our report and can use the information to quick start your search for your Japanese roots.

Thank you!
